1. Service Purpose
Ubinoq provides an automated software-as-a-service tool designed to crawl public e-commerce websites and generate a preliminary "Government Compliance Health Check". The service audits public disclosures against statutory guidelines such as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.
2. Explicit Disclaimer of Legal Advice & Legal Certification
IMPORTANT: Ubinoq is an automated software scanner, not a law firm, regulatory authority, or legal advisor. The results provided are for informational purposes only and do NOT constitute legal advice, legal opinion, legal certification, or a definitive determination of statutory compliance.
3. Automated Scanning & Crawler Safeguards
Our crawler fetches only publicly accessible HTTP/HTTPS web pages (up to 30 pages per scan). You agree to submit only websites that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to audit. You agree not to use our scanner for denial-of-service, scraping copyrighted databases, or bypassing technical access restrictions.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ubinoq, its operators, or technical contributors be liable for any regulatory penalties, fines, business interruption, loss of profits, or reputational damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our compliance health check findings.
5. Third-Party Websites & Algorithms
Because website content, pricing algorithms, and product catalogs change dynamically, an automated health check represents an instantaneous snapshot. Internal merchant operations, grievance resolution timelines, and National Consumer Helpline API integrations require independent manual verification.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify statutory rule parameters, update detection algorithms in accordance with amended government gazette notifications, or suspend scanning services for scheduled maintenance without prior notice.
